It is a nice place in a green area. Very quiet and relaxing. The price is good and you can easily reach different places to visit in the Netherlands. On Sunday my chalet electric counter had problems and they gave me immediate assistance

Nice home + the hosts provided good amenities for guests (dishes to prepare meals, fridge, etc.). The hosts responded quickly to messages. The home is within walking distance to a bus depot, which made it easy to travel to the university campus.

The location is excellent, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
Set in Ochten, 26 km from Huize Hartenstein, Fruitpark Hotel & Spa offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.
The city centre is small. Plenty of cafes/restaurants - many situated in the side streets away from the tourist square. Felt totally safe and the buses are easy and plentiful. As well as the centre there are some excellent walks in forest and by the river.

A small city but with all you expect from the Netherlands: A windmill in the inner city, wide rivers, green countryside, an old town with a loud church bell, a beach right next to the Rhine and especially a young student town with a flourishing university.

Wageningen is a lively little student town, with plenty of shops, good restaurants, outdoor cafés, a theater and a cinema.
Though severely damaged in WWII you can still see a number of ages old buildings witnessing the cities long history.
The hotel is on top of the woody Wageningse Berg overseeing the river Rhine and many miles into the flat river landscape on the other side. With a little ferry you can travel accross the river.
Worthwhile are the Arboretum and Hotel De Wereld where WWII eneded in the Netherlands with the surender of the german troops in the Netherlands to the allied forces.

Even though Wageningen is not as big as Arnhem or Utrecht, it is a fun and laid back place to visit, mainly because of its WW2 history and great location near the Rhine river. I would highly reccommend taking a walk on the dike or the river banks. The Arboretum botanical gardens are also worth a visit and will give you a great hilltop view over the river.
Best coffee in town: Columbus!!
Best food: My Asia (Thai); Drinks and Bites (European), Diels restobar (European).
Getting around Wageningen is easy by bike or waling. You can rent cheap bikes at the bus station ( they are caled Keobike) or at most bike repair shops,

Great small city at the river and on the doorstep of the old forests in Holland. Beautiful area for bicycling and walking and for a small place a great offer of pubs, small cinema and a cozy shopping street. Market days on Wednesday and Saturday bring people from the smaller towns nearby and plenty of food stalls. Cheap bicycle rental (5 euros per day) and fairly cheap restaurants offer simple dinners. Try the Wageningen meatball at the butcher with cheese and bacon. I drive a few hours just for the taste of that! The candy shop in the middle of the street always has great offers and the hot chocolate with whipping cream at the Hema on the first floor is a good treat.
The hotel is located in a lovely fairy-tale-like forest, with very fresh air in the morning. The price was very approachable. The staff there were fairly friendly and considerate. The decoration of room was quite nicely decorated in an old-fashioned style. We are Chinese students; and surprisingly, we were given a room where there were some traditional Chinese paintings on the wall, which made us feel at home.
The hosue is well-equipped and almost everything are satisfying. 2.4 km to Wageningen University and the bus station near campus. The host Dory and her brother are quite nice. Dory even prepared 4 swimming tickets for her guests. It's a pity that I have no time to enjoy that.
Location in the forest is a plus. The hotel allows pet owners to bring their dogs. The restaurant is good, as well as the service. The chef created an excellent unplanned vegetarian menu for us. The hotel is located minutes from the main highways.
Very welcoming and well kept. It is not in a busy part of town and only a small number of rooms, so if you like the quiet (like me) it should be good for you. Yet still only a 10- minute walk on a paved path to the university.
Excellent bed and breakfast in a family home very close to the centre of Wageningen. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms with available conveniences like a fridge and microwave oven. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.
The chalet is located in a very nice quiet spot near Wageningen. It has a beautiful little private garden and it very cozy. The hosts are lovely and made the stay perfect! I will be back fir my next visit!
Fantastic small hotel which is situated in the middle of large university town, very good food and good wheelchair access if you are an active user. Large room with good access to bathroom.
Wonderful place, Bennekom is 10 minutes walk for shops and terraces. Wageningen is close too. Great room with private garden. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back
The perfect place for a solo traveler. I loved the fact that the Lidl Supermarket, bus station, and laundromat were so close by Short Stay. Very convenient for me.
Great location, a few minutes from Wageningen central, we loved the countryside feeling. We could jog in the park in the morning, it was quiet and very pleasant
Beautiful view from the balcony, hotel is perfectly placed and alot of larger cities are nearby. Wageningen itself is a nice town to walk around in for a day.
It is by far the best option in Wageningen for. business trip. The breakfast and staff are outstanding. The location is close to Wageningen’s central streets.
