Great location, great staff, the rooms are amazing and technological. Probably the coolest hotel I ever stayed. There was a minor technical problem in the room on the second day and I communicated the staff when I was going out to do some sightseeing. Before we got back to the hotel the staff called me and said they were upgrading us to another room, as they needed some more time to fix the problem. We spent our last night on a even greater room then, with a terrace and 2 jacuzzis (in the bathroom and terrace). Fantastic, hope we can come back in the future!

We had been pickpocketed only 5 minutes before arrival so we were upset but Samir and the staff were really nice and helpful. Everything about the hotel was great--the room was bigger than we imagined, very clean, the location was close to restaurants and metro. When we go back we will return to this hotel. A real value for the money. Thank you, Hotel Darcet!

The hotel was greatly located - near the metro, restaurants, bus stop. The room was maintained well complete with toiletries. The bed was comfortable but the room can be a little bit tight.

Best Western Plus Opéra Batignolles offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and some with views of Montmartre and the Batignolles Garden, the hotel is fully refurbished and has a conference room . Everything was good. The bed was mega comfortable. I already miss it. We even got a free upgrade, the staff is professional. Thank you! Next time we stay here again.

Baldaquin Excelor merupakan sebuah hotel menawan yang terletak di nadi daerah Batignolles, berhampiran dengan Opera dan Montmartre. the rooms have a classy vibe.most have a marble fireplace and huge framed mirror beds are comfy with tufted headboards and an accent wall behind the bed with wallpaper. theres tv and a hotpot in the room. I requested a preference for a bathtub and got a huge room with a huge tub and plenty hot water. toilets are in seperate area from tubs and shower. I had a problem with an airbnb rental which I had booked so I booked the hotel for another night and was given a good rate by Ramya and he tried several times to contact my host. The next day Ziame spent a solid hour helping me contact airbnb and eventually spoke to my host and problem was straightened out and I would never have been able to accomplish this without his help . I do not speak French. He was my very patient go between. My problem had nothing to do with the Exselsior hotel and it was very kind of him to provide such assistance. I would definitely come back for a repeat stay here. also location is good on a quiet street a block from Batignolles and a few blocks from lively Place de Clichy.
