Our experience of this ibis hotel was exceptional. The parking nearby was easy to find and the hotel is near a number of resturants. The staff were very good and the hotel is very near a metro link into Paris.

Very nice hotel, very clean, staff so nice and so helpful especially Marwan, location is nice near Bercy Village, close to cafes, supermarket, shops, bakery, chocolate shops, and Metro access. Kids liked the bing bong. Room and services were so good.

Very helpful and everything ran smooth too. The ship was very comfortable and the beds too. I will stay again for sure!

This hotel is located 10 minutes from Gare de Lyon Train Station by foot. It offers guest rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi access. Each room has views of the garden or the street. The staff member on duty at reception was extremely kind when I booked at checked in at 2am after being stranded at Bercy bus station due to a faulty ticket. They actually had no twin rooms left, what I had booked, but I was upgraded to a double at no additional cost. The staff member also helpfully suggested I could extract a refund from the bus company for my stay and provided me with an invoice to do so. I stayed only a few hours owing to getting in very late and having to take a replacement trip home the next morning, but the bed was comfortable, the bath water hot and there were toiletries provided. Everything was extremely clean.
