On the outskirts of central paris, but in a very friendly and lively area, and super close to metro station. Incredibly nice customer service from everyone. Very cosy and comfortable rooms, super quiet since no rooms on street. Great breakfast in a large patio.

The entire stay was great! Never had any issues what so ever! Will definitely stay at this location again when I visit.

2021. aasta detsembris avatud Hôtel Piapia asub Pariisi idaosas, vaid 900 m kaugusel Place de la Nationist ja selle paljudest transpordiühendustest. Everything was perfect. Great location, metro line only 2min by foot. Nice breakfast and free coffee during whole day. If you need something extra (glass, forks…) for your room just ask on the reception. You can ask for cleaning every day if you want. Definitely we recommend hotel Piapia:)

Hotel Terre Neuve offers accommodation in Paris, 1.2 km from Père Lachaise Cemetery and 2.8 km from Bastille. Free WiFi access is provided. We are extremely happy with our stay at the hotel. Our rooms were number 11 and 12 on the first floor, they were very clean and cozy. Everyday the rooms were cleaned, the sheets and towels changed. The air-conditioner was a life saver in the really hot weather in Paris. The staff were very friendly and even though they weren't really fluent in english, we always managed to communicate our needs and wishes to them. They also ordered us taxis to the airport and to the Palace of Versailles which was very nice because we had difficulties doing it ourselves. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't have it at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, too. Metro stations in 6 and 10 minutes, a supermarket right at the corner of the street, Carrefour in like 500 meters. It was a peaceful and quiet district with different Boulangeries in the area, where you can get breakfast from. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it.

I came here for a work trip and the stay has been very pleasant. The room was clean and big enough, and the staff was polite and helpful. The position of the hotel was great, close to the metro and you could also reach many places by foot. Good value for money, for such an expensive city as Paris.
