This was an extraordinary treat. Lovely and kind staff. Superb Imperial breakfast. The bar downstairs was lively and friendly at night. Our room, room 1 upstairs, was a fairytale, and the copper tub in our room was bliss for sore bodies after walking the London streets all day. The shower was awesome too, and nice tea and coffe in our room. We adored it all and have already booked our next stay. We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here and it couldn't have been more romantic. We even got bubbles as a surprise. This felt like home away from home. Just so much more beautiful in every detail.

Lively during the day with ample opportunity for breakfast, lunch or dinner, yet not noisy at all during the nights. The room is large, comes with a great shower and has been furnished with clear attention to details. Nice complementary coffees and teas too. Absolutely perfect. We'd love to come back, soon!

Very comfortable room and great service. Bed was comfortable, even had comfortable pillows, which is usually a challenge for me. Breakfast was delicious. We've stayed at two Firmdale hotels now in London, liked them both. This one had a great location, walkable to many places.

Amazing staff, friendly, hospitable and professional. The location is great, close to everything, walking distance to the center, bus and underground are very close by as well. The rooms were sweet and spacious, very clean and with all needed amenities. I wish to specifically note Mary from the front desk, she was wonderful! Thank you for the Birthday surprise it was the most moving gesture.

The bathroom was very clean. There was soap, lotion and shampoo available as well as shower caps. Towels and shower mat were very clean too

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. The location was brilliant for walking into central London.

In London's West End, this beautiful Georgian townhouse is a 7-minute walk from Oxford Street. The traditional rooms feature free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a minibar. Local Breakfast, Comfortable Beds & Bed Linen, Cleanliness, etc ect, but a hotel is made of persons the persons at Staunton have gone out of their way to make his guests comfortable. Priceless.
