It was our honeymoon and Ben was amazing, upgrading us to an executive suite and giving us prosecco on arrival and a later checkout time. We had an amazing breakfast and it was a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

I travel a lot, so I have seen a fair share of hotel rooms and I have experienced different types of people among staff - this stay was exceptional thanks to an exceptional person at the front desk - Carmela. When we arrived at the hotel, almost five hours before standard check-in time, my husband was very ill, we had to cancel our flights and spend an additional night in London. Carmela showed us a lot of compassion and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was very professional and at the same time very understanding, warm and supportive. It was only because of her empathy and care that my husband could rest and we could make it for our morning flight back home. She has amazing interpersonal skills, knows her job very well and she's a great communicator. She also knows how to balance being a company employee with simply being a good human. This is what hospitality means and I hope her employer knows how great an asset Carmela is for the brand. Thanks again and we will be back because of this particular person. Oh, and the rooms - we know NHOW from Berlin and we like the comfortable beds, the spacious bathrooms and well-equipped refreshments station. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the bustling heart of London, Montcalm Royal London House enjoys a central location, adjacent to Finsbury Square Garden and just a brief stroll from Liverpool Street. Loved the locality of the property. It was an exceptionally comfortable stay.

מלון הבוטיק מאלמזון לונדון (Malmaison London) נמצא במרכז לונדון, בקלרקנוול (Clerkenwell) האופנתי, במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה בלבד מתחנות הרכבת התחתית ברביקן ופרינגדון (Barbican & Farringdon). Really loved the location. It was convenient to visit a family member living close by.

The bathroom was remodeled and looked very new and nice. The shower was also great. It was overall much more spacious than other hotel rooms we were looking at in London. We also liked that it was in a more residential neighborhood but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

The Zetter is a quirky Georgian hotel located on a picturesque cobbled square in Clerkenwell, London. The staff were very helpful and friendly, a tasty breakfast in the mornings and lovely cocktails in the evening. Perfect after a busy day working in the city.
