The cleaners were excellent and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food at the steakhouse was delicious, tasty and quality. I loved the breakfast and the variety of choices. One of the best things about the hotel is their careful attention to details and small things. Overall, I had a wonderful and excellent experience. Thank you for everything!

Welcome to COMO Metropolitan London, a light-filled Mayfair hotel, located in one of the best locations in Central London. On one side, the luscious Hyde Park. The location, service and staff was amazing. The whole process from check in to check out was pleasant and straight forward. Maryam at the front desk was very welcoming & helpful which made the experience a nice one from the second I walked in, she gave me an early check in, she allowed me to see the room before confirming it and was kind enough to upgrade me free of charge. When your journey starts in such a positive way, it makes the rest of the stay pleasant. I would surely come back and stay there again.
