They made me feel more like a cherished guest than just a client. Additionally, the room's incredible style and comfort were the icing on the cake of a truly memorable stay. By the way, I am extremely grateful to the staff for staying until around 2 o'clock in the morning on Christmas Day, allowing me to enter and replacing the key I forgot in my room before leaving. You truly created a small Christmas miracle by saving me from being stranded in London that night. Cheers!
