The July - Boat & Co is a 4-star hotel situated by the waterfront in the Houthaven district, suitable for short and long stay. Features an on-site restaurant, a gym and wellness area. I loved the apartment with 1 bedroom. the style was so… modern Dutch. really clean, a wonderful view of the harbour, really quiet and cozy. It rained at some point, and the whole atmosphere was really cozy, just looking out the window to the marina. it is 30 minutes walk to city center, but the walk only gave us a good reason to see the city. also, if you walk in the direction of the neighbourhood, and not the City center, you will find really nice and quaint places very near. the room has all you need, hair drier, vault, bathroom equipped with shower, heated floors, and the lounge of the hotel is really great. however, sometimes, if the lounge gets pretty busy, the waiters tend to take longer to come to you. the spa is also great, sauna only, no pool. really good breakfast as well.

I really liked the staff and the room, very clean and convenient location. I didn't have a chance to use the restaurant downstairs, but it looked gorgeous and I will do it next time I come.

Pozitionarea hotelului este intr-o zona foarte linistita si plina de vegetatie relativ aproape de centrul orasului cu autobuzul. Recomand o plimbare de seara pe jos de la hotel în cartier spre rau. Camera pentru 4 persoane e formata din doua camere separate prin ușa cu un WC și camera de baie cu dus separate între ele. Ambele camere sunt destul de mari astfel incat exista suficient spațiu pentru bagaje. Camerele sunt curățate zilnic, prosoapele utilizate schimbate, paturi făcute, realimentata cafetiera, etc. Foarte curat atat în camere cât și în tot hotelul. Check-in și check-out rapid, în funcție de incarcarea hotelului. Primiti toate informațiile dorite de la receptie dacă le solicitati. Personalul este foarte primitor. Mic dejun foarte ok, reumplere rapida in cazul in care se termina ceva, spațiu suficient la mese. Masa de prânz/cina disponibile in restaurantul hotelului, mâncare bună, preturi de hotel, personal dragut, pe seara se poate sa fie destul de aglomerat restaurantul. Recomand achiziționarea de cartele de călătorie individuale pentru transportul în comun (autobuz, metrou, tramvai) pentru toate zilele în care veti vizita orașul la sosirea în Central Station sau în autogara din care veti lua autobuzul spre hotel, ulterior veti gasi mai greu automate pentru eliberare cartele de călătorie și vă trebui sa cumpărați cartelele online pe telefon. Veti utiliza foarte des aceste cartele în vizitarea orașului. Transportul in comun este foarte bine pus la punct si poate fi folosit Google Maps cu incredere pentru planificare traseu. Feryboat-ul este gratuit pentru traversarea de pe un mal pe celalalt și nu necesita programare sau check-in prealabil. Orașul este superb și merita vizitat! Atracții turistice la tot pasul! Gasiti suficient de multe locuri de vizitat cu copii!

Ideally set in the Westerpark district of Amsterdam, Hotel Pontsteiger is set 3.1 km from Royal Palace Amsterdam, 3.5 km from Anne Frank House and 4 km from Flower Market. Amazing stay, awesome room and view, very friendly and professional staff, we felt very welcomed there! Spacious room with awesome bath right in the middle of it, we loved it, perfect for couples!
