The staff was on point, since they welcomed us, till after we've checked out (helped us with our bags storage and transportation to the airport)

It was comfortable stay. I like that this hotel is included water and coffee!! I like the clean room and appreciate it!!! The terrace is also nice.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. From the beginning the staff was helpful and friendly. Then we were impressed with the amazing view from our room, definitely one of the best views of NYC. The room was comfy and clean everyday, zero noise from outside. The rooftop was really good too.
