Check out easy, we left the luggage until the afternoon, no problems. We did not take breakfast, neither did we test the restaurant in the hotel, but there is one on ground floor. Good value for your money in the middle of NYC.

The area is safe which is my top consideration. If you are doong a hope on hop off bus its also near the first stop of most of them, meaning the bus is not yet full and you get to choose where to seat.
