Canise and Omar welcomed me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was fantastic, very comfortable. We had a winter storm and I was given extra blankets, a heater, a kettle to make tea and a lovely mug. Nice warm dressing gown and a lovely note to welcome me. Snacks and water in the room. Great restaurant and John the bar man. I was always given advice about where to go and how to get there, the staff were wonderful.

Great location near Soho, comfortable and spacious room with amazing views: was like seeing a live painting in time which changed with the weather.

The room was very modern, pretty big and clean. best thing about the hotel is the staff! everyone was really accommodating and helpful, especially traveling with a baby. shout-out to Vicky which was super nice and helpful all the time :)
