The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

The location is great and the hotel was welcoming and convenient. The staff was very helpful, always willing to assist and advise. Cal from the reception was exceptionally helpful when we looked for a place to go out. Kudos

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel location is AAA, since it is in a safe area, next to Wall Street and the WTC, in the middle point of distance from Uptown and from Brooklyn. The room and the bathroom were always clean and hot water was available all the time. The room was equipped with a coffee nespresso machine with capsules, a safe box and a comfortable desk that I used to do some work with my laptop. Price was very convenient considering average prices of the city. I'll definitely choose again Artezen Hotel in a future visit to NY.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, NobleDEN Hotel offers accommodation in New York, 12 metres from Ferrara Bakery and Cafe in Little Italy. it is a very clean, modern hotel in a great location, just between Little Italy and Chinatown. the service was very friendly and made our relatively long stay even more enjoyable.

The Gallery House features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in New York. Excellent hosts, superb communication! The building has a very nice atmosphere (gallery house indeed), our room was super spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. The house is on a very quiet and nice street in Harlem, the metro is just a few minutes away, easy to explore the city. Great value for the money, with the best hosts you can wish for. If in NYC again, we would definitely come back. This place is a gem. Highly recommended!
