Location is excellent, staff are fantastic, especially reception staff, shout out to Kiera. We had a few issues which we reported to Reception and these were sorted without fuss very quickly. Highly recommend the Hotel, Staff, Location plus the Hotel has just undergone a major renovation in 2021.

This East Side hotel, in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood, is 483 metres from Grand Central Station. The hotel features a fitness centre. I loved the location. The rooms were nice and relatively spacious, especially for NYC. It was definitely value for money. The bed was comfortable, and having a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the $10 daily snack allowance allowed me to get two bottles of water.

Featuring free WiFi, The Renwick offers luxury residential-style accommodation in Midtown Manhattan, 400 metres from Bryant Park. Hotel location and service are excellent. We could easily reach any point at Manhattan, often by just walking (Times Square, Empire State, Chrysler). Grand central station is in one block to get a subway and quickly reach the places we wanted to see. The room was cleaned everyday, bed sheets and towels changed. It was clean and fresh all the time. Free coffee option at breakfast was great too. Reception helped with all our questions as we stayed first time in NYC and made sure we enjoy our stay. We definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who does like to have things organised well.

This modern and elegant design hotel offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of New York City. Such a well designed room, very comfortable, staff friendly. Great location for getting around New York, I was able to walk to every Broadway show I wanted to see. Also the bar it shared space with was incredible!

This Japanese-style hotel is located 500 metres from Grand Central Station and features a rotating repertoire of gallery pieces in the lobby. There are 2 on-site restaurants. Perfect located , with short distance to main shopping streets, viewpoint, restaurants. No noise from outside into room, spacious room (30m2) The Portier arranged fixed price taxi to airport for us which saved us a lot of extra.

Located within 2 minutes’ walk of Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, this boutique Midtown hotel offers Wi-Fi, and a library. I was very happy with the location of the hotel as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and also Grand Central Station. The property has a lot of character and charm. I loved how each room has a specific collection of books. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I changed rooms in the middle of my stay and they were very happy to accommodate me. I enjoyed the 24 hour reading room where I was able to enjoy refreshments. The rooftop bar was also a great place to have a drink and enjoy the majesty of Manhattan.
